Tickets sold by us cannot be fully refunded or exchanged for any reason after you have completed the purchase process.

Please be careful not to make a mistake when purchasing.All times listed below are JST.

Refunds

Refunds cannot be made for reasons other than our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges cannot be made for reasons other than our mistakes.

Cancel

Cancellations due to reasons other than our error are not possible.

About delivery

Tickets will be redeemed at the venue ticket office on the day of the event.
*The exchange start time is from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
We do not provide any means other than redeeming at the ticket office on the day of the event.

When exchanging for tickets, identity verification will be carried out with the purchaser’s own passport.
*Photocopies of passports will not be accepted.
In addition, you will need a total of 2 copies of the printed out copy of the purchase completion email.
